Massive Coolant leak

I have a massive leak coming out of the top of the engine by turbo. Its running down both druver and passenger when its running. Coolant was all over the up pipes and it is coming from on top of the turbo area. I just did a coolant pressure test to 15 psi and its already held for 30 minutes. I had dont the oil cooler reseal a few years ago but would that get coolant in the exhaust if it failed? Or am I looking at an injector cup or head gasket issue?

I pulled the valve cover and the oil in there looks like its foamy. The coolant in the coolant bottle is still green and the coolant that was leaking out of the back was bright green as well.

Total guess here - What about the heater hoses/heater core connection point at the fire wall? Maybe spraying towards the turbo/up pipes?

They are further away and are bone dry.

Hard to tell in the picture but is there any oil in the bucket? Sounds more like a external leak , was the oil under the valve cover milky/ creamy looking. If no oil in the coolant and the oil under valve cover wasn't milky I would say clean everything, start up and see where it's leaking from. A leak that big should be easy to spot once everything is clean. Maybe take a sample from the oil pan just to be sure before you start it . A side from the heater hoses maybe a freeze plug has failed on the back of the block? Can't say I have heard of this before but just something to be aware of.

Oil under valve cover. And a photo of the valve cover top on each side as well

Looks like some fresh green coolant coming through the oil fill tube in this pic. Not sure what would cause a external leak and a internal leak like this. Fresh green coolant spraying all over the back of the engine and getting inside both valve covers has me a little stumped, the oil puddle on the top of the heads didn't look milky at least from what I can see but inside the top of VCs definitely looks milky. Was there coolant all over the outside of the valve covers before you took them off?

The coolant was not on the valve covers externally at all. It was all over the back of the engine and exhaust. I did drain the oil too. Only about 10 quarts came out and it definetely had coolant in it. Im low 5 quarts on oil, and was missing about half the coolant. After coolant sat there are brown spots in it but still mainly green. The oil did have some white spots in it under the valve cover.

Oil in coolant or coolant in oil would usually point to injector cups or oil cooler but that wouldn't explain the external leak all over the uppies. Maybe two different problems going on at once. Others should be along shortly with some better suggestions, I'm interested in what this could be.
