B2S1 no reading

B2S1 no reading
2003 F350 5.4L I have no B2S1 O2 reading with my OBD scanner. Not all 0s but no recognition that it even exist. I've replaced the O2 a couple times thinking it was bad but I made a mistake and was reading B1S2 that was reading all 0s and 99% STFT turns out I don't have S2 and all 0s and 99% is normal false reading. Shouldn't I have a B2S1 on my scanner? B1S1 is reading fine. The truck is stock and there is no place or connection for S2 sensors. Even that I should have a B2S1 reading of some kind. My scanner only brings up B1S1 and B1S2

Yes it does say OBD1 is it a problem I can fix or leave it alone and just assume it's working right?
