1994 radiator support HELP

i have 1994 f350 351w, 4 speed with a granny. i was replacing the radiator support when i noticed the new didnt come with the side brackets i have attached a picture in hope someone can lead me where i can purchase a new one besides ebay. thanks!

I get that attaches somewhat to your radiator support bracket, but are you sure you haven't tried using the search terms headlight bracket?

That appears to be where the back end of your headlight housing goes.
