My nylon lines are still there but there is no vacuum source. There is no reason to cap the solenoids other than to keep dirt out of them if you ever want to use them later. I have the FPR, HVAC, cruise control and PCV connected to the vacuum tree. The other ports are plugged.

No reason to keep any vacuum lines coming or going from the solenoids or capping them. Reduce the clutter when prudent.

To be honest, that’s what I had thought too regarding vacuum. I’ve got vacuum going to MAP, FPR, EGR, and Brake Assist. I cut everything I’m not using out to avoid fail points and rdd Ed Duce clutter.
Only issue is that I do seem to have codes, so…
If I’m missing something, please advise, I’m at work and going from my imperfect memory.

Yes, you will have KOER codes with the air injection/smog pump removed. They will not turn on the Check Engine Light (CEL) or trigger KOEO codes unless one of both of the TAB or TAD solenoids are electrically not connected or bad.
