I ordered that same color (w/ BAP) F-250 Lariat SCSB, FX4, 7.3L gas on 01MAR22. Nothing yet for me although I'm sure it's because of my dealer's allotments. I'm still ~ 150th down on the dealers Super Duty order list. I'm guessing September/October build date?
There really is no rhyme or reason. Mine was ordered 10/27/21 and was in my driveway 7 1/2 weeks later. Luck of the draw and if the parts are available when your time comes.

Lucky! I had to go out & buy a used 2020 F250 just so we could go camping this year. Still no peep on the ordered truck, which was darn near exactly like yours but the color. Weird!
