Ouch! Try to JB weld it, if it doesn't work engine will have to come out to remove the timing cover, perfect timing for a re seal, and getting the heads freshen up.

Yep, like Adam said, front cover. Engine R&R+parts. How did that happen?

I was replacing the HPOP reservoir gasket to stop an oil leak and as I was just snugging up that bolt I heard it pop. Thanks for the JB Weld idea z31. I'll give that a shot first, it's definitely worth a shot. I really hope that works. I'm really not looking forward to replacing that front cover. I would hope the heads wouldn't need to be refreshed with only 130K miles on this truck. Though if I do have to pull the engine I will finally get around to installing head studs.

Looks like a L99 gasket with the screen was used?

I'd remove the cover and have a good welder fix it. Would likely cost much less than a new cover from Ford.

That would be the cause then, using the wrong gasket. Why does learning these lessons have to be so difficult?
