Red face Led lights install

I am trying to put Led light strip { turn , signal and Break lights } on my 89 Ford P/u . It is not working . do I need a led flasher relay for it to work ?? or load resistor ? is there a type I need ?

I agree with Fomoko1 ^^^^^^^

The folks in the "1987 - 1996 F150 & Larger F-Series Trucks" forum can answer questions about your truck. Also, it might be a good idea to consult the manufacturer of the LED lights, they should know about this.

Is this the bar that runs under the tailgate? How do you have it wired?

I am not a lighting expert, but I recently learned LED lights require the positive to be connected to the right terminal.

LED - light emitting DIODE. AKA, positive and negative is key. Correct.

However this thread is 2 years old.
