Sync 4 reboot at 68 mph

Sync 4 reboot at 68 mph
This morning on highway . Listening to Pandora.
sync 4 shut off entire center stack . Went blank.
I waited a few seconds, about 10 tgen pressed volume button. Took another 45 to 60 seconds to cone back on and reload everything.
really weird. Is this normal

This has happened to me on several occasions with SYNC 3.
Sometimes the SYNC system just does a soft reboot without any input from the user but it’s nothing to be concerned about.

ford sync people on another site reached out to get details and gave me a case number . they are doing what ever it is they do.
