Superchip or Diablo Question

Does the superchip screw up the computer still on a Lariat as far as miles to empty and fuel mileage? I have a 2002 F350 7.3 Deisel 4WD. Does the Diablo do the same? A friend put one in his and the computer on the headliner is not accurate anymore.

Also looking to find a kit to lift the front end to level. Any help?

Both will cause unreliable readings.
