Hey i finally got 33 inch mud tires, i was going to put them on to the truck monday, i have a 300 i know i need a better gear than 3.08 is what someone told me i have. willthe ford git-r-done in the mud for now, untill i but like 4.10 gear in this ford????

unless you can read the axle code and it says you have a 308 I'm betting you have a 3.55. It's easy to tell by jacking up preferrably the passenger side wheel and counting the number of rev. of the driveshaft for one rev. of the wheel. You'll have to jack up both if you have a working limited slip.
