I recently picked up a 99 F250 for my son and wanting to do a small leveling kit. As I started researching options I found out the differences in 99 model years. His of course is an early build 99 as in production date of 3/98. Which brings me to my question. Who makes a track bar option for this truck? We’re only looking at approximately a 2” level.
Don't really need a track bar with just a 2" level, I doubt you'd even be able to tell the axle is shifted at all.
If you search "early 99 Super Duty track bar", adjustable options come up. The cheapest one I saw was $180. I'd do the level, and then if you don't like it you can do the track bar, but it usually isn't needed until you go over 3". If you can weld, or know someone, you can cut a new, stock style, bar in half and sleeve it with a piece of steel tube for under $100
