Hitch Installation

I'd like to put a Class III/IV hitch on my 71 F-100 LWB. I've seen some online at Partsamerica.com (Kragen/Shucks/Checker)...

Are these pretty much a bolt up installation? No welding, no cutting other than drilling? Is any drilling involved?

(Please, responces only from those who have actually done this, thanks)

And yes, I did post this to the towing list, but no one there knows...

I bought a classIII hitch from U-haul for about $100, It went on very easy but I did have to drill a couple holes

I bought a Draw-tite for mine. I had to drill all six holes. Installation wasn't to bad.
