ACC power issue

So I'm having an issue with both of my in dash acc ports, neither of them are providing power to my USB plugs or anything else I plug into them. My first thought was that its a fuse but based on the owners manual I have no clue which fuse it might be, hoping I can get some help here...

Hmm maybe 82,83,87,88 in eng comp fuse box

No it was 82 in the engine compartment
