Mud flaps

Does anyone know if the mud flaps that come on a truck without fender flares will work on a truck with fender flares. I’m coming from an xlt and going to a lariat. My new truck will have that lip molding and was wondering if I could transfer my old mud flaps to the new truck but it seems like it would be a different style.

They will not fit. I know this from having both styles of mud flaps in my possession and they are molded differently.

You would really consider taking mud flaps off your old truck for a new truck? New ones are under $100 and the time you would spend removing old ones would cover that cost.

Mudflap fitting

It is aggravating how when someone askes a simple question, people want to criticize how, when, where, and how much money other people spend.
The question was about fitment and nothing more.
When ordering my mudflaps with fender flares I was told there is a definite difference.
