i just wanted to update everyone the 1980 f150 i just installed the windsor into runs finally after 2 grewling weeks it is alive and very strong. as for the motor its a 1986 351w has 100,000 miles on it flat i bought it for 250 usd completly rebuild by a machinist so i trust him. very strong i get 20 psi ( oil pressure ) just cranking it with the starter. i ran it tonight and when i went from reverse to drive it moved the wheel with my foot on the brakes ( i just put in new brakes ) so very strong and powerful motor i thank everyone who has helped me with all of my questions and i will share my knowledge with who ever i can. thanks again
