alternator interchangeability
hey all i am going boneyard picking early tomorrow and need to know what other vehicles i can pull an alternator from for my truck(a 92 f150 w/the 4.9)
i know i can use a starter out of a v6 ,i6 ,or v8 motors of certain years from f150->350 trucks and then certain year t birds and certain year crown vics and certain year stangs and certain yr cougars....
so i hope i have a wide variety of possible donors so i have a good change of getting an alternator
help....tell me what i can steal 1 from??
