Hey guys I'm getting a bank 2 lean code. Fixed the big vacuum leak on the back of the intake for the pcv valve and for the break booster. Cleared codes and it came back. It did have a p0401 code with p0174 before I cleared the codes last weekend but I just got the p0174 this time around. Got some freeze frame data and it will be below. I'm leaning towards fuel filter or pump but wouldn't that cause both sides to run lean? Has what feels like a misfire under load and at idle but clears out at higher rpms. Feels just like a bad fuel pump and filter with my experience with my 88 f150. I do hear the pump prime with key on and it sounds fine. Idk I'm at a loss at the moment
Follow the pinpoint test steps in the H manual for the P0174
Should keep you busy for quite a while
You may find just about anything from fuel quality to a bad O2 sensor and anything in between
Same for the P0401. Follow the pinpoint tests
With no NGS I realize you can do none of that so do the best you can
Find someone who has one and some extra time maybe

Don't. They're useless for this type of issue (and many others).
Your freeze frame data indicates that the problem is exclusive to bank 2 and only under significant load. That should eliminate concerns that would affect both banks equally such as a MAF or fuel pump or filter issue.
Could be a fuel delivery problem on bank 2 (clogged or restricted rail on bank 2) or something to that effect like a clogged injector. Generally, vacuum issues would manifest at low RPMs/loads when vacuum is highest. Check your mode 6 data while misfiring to narrow down which cylinder is causing that issue. You may need a better scan tool for that.
You might find it advisable to fix the EGR issue first since it can cause mixture issues.
It's also advisable to explicitly identity what you're working on, we aren't psychic, after all.

when I tested the egr valve with a vacuum pump at idle it nearly stalled, would that mean I would need to look into the dpfe sensor since the egr valve is working? Or would I need to take the throttle body off and clean the ports? I haven't taken the throttle body off yet since the new gaskets won't be in till tomorrow
I forgot to add but it also stumbles at idle as well. You can feel it mostly after it warms up. And the vehicle is a 2002 F150 with the 4.6L and a manual transmission
I have a couple I will post some pics
Haynes not much help with drivability concerns and certainly will not have any pinpoint tests
You can get the H manual info free at the local library and college libraries free too if you ask nicely for a temporary library visitors card
Here is some of the H manual for lean or rich codes
