Cudo's to Logitech customer support
Long story short, kb went out a year after purchase (3 yr warranty), tech support verified hdwr failure, new more expensive replacement on the way due to cheaper model unavailable. You often read horror stories about customer support for anything and everything so I figured I'd throw a good story out there.
Funny thing is I purchased a replacement on the way home from work in the interim and the one their sending me is the exact same model so my other pc gets an upgrade

I've used their products for decades because I've always had good service out of them, never had to contact them about an issue until now. It's great to know they stand behind their products.
