Ground issue?

Ground issue?
So long story short I am swapping a 7.3 idi to a powerstroke. New motor and tranny are in. All cab and engine bay harnesses swapped. I turned key on and idm relay clicked for a few seconds then glow plugs cycled and after cranking for a little bit it fired up and runs good. If I press the brake pedal the truck instantly dies. If I unplug the switch on brake pedal it runs fine when brakes are pressed. I have no communication to pcm with scan tool. I thought it might be a ground issue but I have double checked and I have all grounds on that I know of. Any help would be appreciated

I know this will sound funny, but make sure all your bulbs are working, including the third light top rear of cab. I also had issues once when i disconnected my radio harness and used just a hot and a ground. Did not have proper grounding until I jumped a wire on that factory connecter on back of radio. Good luck
