2004 Expy Clutch pack fix?
I have a 2003 expy that had the clutch pack fixed in the limited slip per the TSB. I just drove a 2004 and it still has the problem. My question is, has the production line resolved this issue are they using the new clutch that is in the TSB. If I order a 2004 would this issue be fixed? Does anyone know.....Thanks....

My 03 Eddie bauer had the same problem. I had the local dealer replace the clutch pack and the noise re appeared soon after. I was told the only "fix" is to replace the whole rear end. Was your clutch pack on back order also??? Must be a big problem!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it took a week or so to get the parts in and now it seems to be fixed. I drove the a 2004 that belongs to the owner yesterday because mine was back in with the drifting issue and the 2004 as soon as I pulled it off the lot into a turn it just grinded with the sound of a bad clutch pack. It also made a bad clunk when I would get above 30 and let off the gas, let it start to slow then tap the gas hard. Like back lash but my 03 is doing this and so is that 04. I would like to know what is up with that.
