Error Codes: P1450, P0130, P0150
Error Codes: P1450, P0130, P0150
My son was fueling his 2009 F150 with 5.4 Flex fuel V8 two weeks ago and check engine light came on. He shut the truck off and restarted w/o issue the light went out. I pulled codes P0150 & P1450, seemed to be running fine. Cleared codes and yesterday while turning left in our driveway the truck shutoff, he restarted w/o issue, no codes were thrown.
Then today he was slowing and turning right onto a road and it shut off again, engine light came on (solid yellow) this time and I got 5 codes: P0130, P0130, P0150, P1450, P0130. He said it was hard to restart and ran rough. I met him and drove it home and when turning it driveway it nearly shut off, I fluttered the gas and it stayed running but was sluggish and threw one more P0130 code.
I found TSB 13-3-5 but that doesn't address P1450. Bought used in January with 142K miles now has 145K seems to been well cared for, was a single owner. Could these all be connected in some way? Any help will be greatly appreciated

Ford has determined that the cause is most likely due to a software error and they have issued a software update to correct the problem. Contact the dealer or an independent shop that has reprogramming capabilities to have the update installed..
The P1450 is an EVAP DTC (inability for the EVAP control system to bleed PSI from fuel tank) and wouldn't be unrelated.

What’s the fix for trouble codes P0130, P0150 on Ford F-150
Ford has issued a service bulletin#13-3-5 to address trouble codes P0130 or P0150 on some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles with the 4.6L or 5.4L engine. If you have the codes read at an auto parts store, they will most likely tell you to replace the oxygen sensor. Don’t do that.Ford has determined that the cause is most likely due to a software error and they have issued a software update to correct the problem.
