So, I bought my first semi modern Ford ( I have always been a chevy guy for looks and affordability). I recently bought a 2004 F350 srw with an '06 engine in it. Truck has almost 250k miles, engine as reported by previous owner had 260k. I bought the truck for $4500 in August last year with known high pressure oil leaks (would die after reaching operating temp and wouldnt restart after cooling down)... I resealed everything in that system and daily drove the truck for 6 months until it tossed lifter bearings through the low pressure oil pump killing it and the engine... I should be getting my new Long block from a company called South Houston Engines in a few weeks and hope to be able to review it on here.... yall should look them up on Google or ebay.
Anyways, that's an explanation of why I am here, maybe not who I am (that's a story for later/longer days)
