Riffraff has top quality but you might find some cheap Chinese junk on fleabay. E99s are not cheap compared to the later years...unless things have changed.
If you are wanting high end, American manufactured up-pipes you go with Riffraff Diesel as they are the only ones making them in the USA and they even go as far as only using domestic raw material as well.
Everything else is just imported junk, doesn't matter the name on it. The same one that DieselSite sells under their name for $299 can be had on eBay for $150. So if you are in a pinch and don't mind doing them again later, or having to mess with them to get them to work go with the best price on the Chinese stuff. If you want well engineered, American made parts then you want to stay with Riffraff Diesel.
I bought the swag performance up-pipes from eBay for my E99. They look great although I never got around to installing them.
I noticed on the E99’s a different baby butt collector is not available for the bellowed pipes. The L99-03 up pipes come with a new collector…. Does that make sense?
Do you use your stock baby butt collector with the E99 bellowed up-pipes? I would think it would not seal very well where the up-pipe meets the collector??

well... they are different, so another part, that costs more which is why they dont just package them for the e99. i did plan to reuse mine, a little sanding and the mating surface was fine. However, in my case, had a bolt freeze and break on the drivers side.... then had an entire thread wall crack on the passenger side.... so i had to order one from riff raff.
