Blown head? Cracked block? Help!

E99 7.3 helpIssue: leaking oil out of the exhaust that's black, dipstick tube oil is black, but the oil leaking from (around?) the pan is grey in color. I
'm also lower coolant but not sure where from as there are no coolant leaks. Not losing very much, just an inch below full, might even just be the excess sucked up from the new oil cooler. But worth noting.
Also rough idle. Some smike but not much, even after the leak started. It didn't start until after I pushed on the gas a few times.
Truck has not been driven since all repairs were done.
Also put new LiquiMoly 5w40 (for cold) in it recently.
I'm at a loss here and need some help. Advice would be appreciated. Replaced all at once:Bellowed uppipes Collector Manifolds Gtp38r dual ball bearing turbo Converted plenums (3" to 4")Downpipes Oil dipstick adapter EBPV deleted pedestal4" back exhaust (chopped)Oil cooler and seals

Many of our trucks settle in at a little low on coolant but nobody knows where it goes. So if it drops a little but holds that line, don't sweat it. Rough running sounds like a fuel issue. How full is the tank?

The fuel pickup in the tank is prone to failure and 1/4 tank is where you generally see symptoms. Add some fuel and see if it helps. If it does, you have found one of your problems. I don't know what to say about that ugly gray fluid. If you check in the tech folders at the top of the page, you should be able to find what is known as 'The Hutch Modification', which seems to be essential sooner or later.

I’ll throw in a link to the Hutch mod. Link

Check up in the valley for a fuel leak. Many times fuel will mix with oil & other ick to trick folks into thinking they have an oil leak. Common sources of fuel leak is the passenger side fuel line clamp toward back of head in the valley. Remove the clamp and leave it off. Another leak location is fuel bowl lid or drain valve.

Well I actually did just have a fuel leak and replaced my FPR. Valley is still wet but I think it's oil, fuel should've evaporated over the course a few days I thought? It was a pretty good amount though. So who knows.

as previously said at a 1/4 tank is classic for the pickup falling off. Could just do the hutch /harpoon mod as you surely need it or fill up to half a tank or more and see if goes away to rule out rest first ..

Would that make a difference with the milky residue or the oil coming out of the exhaust? I've heard the oil on the exhaust could be turbo seal. Also was told the grey might not be coolant but aluminum residue from rubbing somewhere. Not too sure. But I have a hard time believing I cracked the block just by removing exhaust manifolds.

Oil out the exhaust could be turbo seals. It may be helpful to check for side to side play in your compressor shaft. Just take your turbo intake tube off and wiggle your compressor wheel side to side.

are you confident the fluid running down your pan is oil? Feels like oil? Smells like oil? It may be beneficial to spray/wipe down that area and then do your best to determine how far up the block that leak is originating from.

I will just jump in here. As I believe there is confusion from not reading accurately.
I believe.
He was referring to the fact his degas was down to 1/4 full with coolant. Not his fuel tank…..

If I were you I would clean everything really really well to see where it is all coming from. Then I would send an oil sample to Blackstone labs for analyzing, to see if it has non oil stuff mixed in.

A clarification is in order, I thought degas was just down a little under the full line and fuel was sitting at 1/4 tank.
