I guess youre asking what’s it cost to have it redone by an upholstery guy. Not cheap!
Depending on the condition of the frame, + a new cover - 500 and up I would guess.
I got upholstery from Rock Auto which is a resold Acme auto kit. I brought it to a local car upholsterer and he replaced the foam, repaired springs, painted the metal and put it on for $80. A steal imo. Its not original with the original pattern woven or fabric inserts although it looks real nice and the colors look great. Mine is harbor blue too. ACME AUTO U501OVMV medium and light blue oxen and Madrid vinyl.
Otherwise you have to get the raw material from https://smsautofabrics.com/ and get it done from scratch if you want exact oem replicas.
I reupholstered a set of buckets for my 68 F250 4x4.
Seat Foam, Listing Rods, Black Deluxe Covers, Burlap, Hog Rings, Pliers will cost you almost $800.00 without shipping. Stripping the seats, and paint, another $100.00 so you are at $900.00 before you take it to someone to do the work. I purchased everything from NPD. I did the reupholster work myself to save money but its not easy and takes hours of labor, especially if you had never done any of this work like me. I think turned out nice. Here are two shots when I test fit them back in the cab.
Yes! Great job on the upholstering, was it a fun project?
I have done a few do-it-yourself jobs, not too difficult, right?
Thanks. No, not too difficult, read a few articles, watch a few videos and just take your time. Sunny days help as well to get a lot of the creases out. After I took them back out I set them in the sun for a few minutes to heat up the vinyl and you can work with the cover easier.
I bought the black cover from LMC, I have to have a look at the seat yet, take the old cover off and see if the foam is screwed. I think it might have been recovered and foam replaced once before.

Your interior looks nice. What are those bezels/rubber boots on your transmission and t-case?

The shifter boots with stainless trim ring and vinyl covers are USA Made from JB Custom Fab as is the twin stick shifter sticks, shift housing and cables. One boot is for the NP435 and the other is for the twin stick set up that I added for my NP205. I did have to make a small perch to lift the twin shifter assembly, hidden under the tunnel cover, up to clear the transmission but it all fits up nice. I attached a some better pictures of the set up, but it still needs to be final welded fitted before paint, sound deadener and carpet. Everything is an easy reach doesn't bother your right leg sitting in the seat.
