Name this part.....
I am attached to an EGR tube on one end and I don't know on the other end This is a 1986 econline 150 4.9 with a one barrel Carter YFA carburetor. Pipe to left goes to Cat. Part has red line over it

Injection lube for the muffler bearing 
Is it also hooked to the air injection pump?
Then you said EGR on one end so wonder if it is the control for the EGR?
What is the problem you are having?
If you have not guessed I dont have a clue
