I have a 2022 F350 XLT SRW with non-LED BLIS tail lights. I broke one. By the time I get through tax and shipping it's going to be $1200 for a dealer replacement (Canadian Pesos). I've done some research here and it sounds like Ford changed the tail light wiring in 2020 and there aren't any aftermarket options available yet. Does anyone have an idea for something that's not so ridiculously priced? Making a 2017-19 light work, or trying a non-BLIS light and doing without that function? Basic non-BLIS 2017-19 tail lights run around $250 and aftermarket LED ones are a few hundred depending on manufacturer, so $1200 is a bit hard to swallow.
Have you checked ebay? I would think you could find one in the $200-300usd range, used. New I see $520usd, shipped free to Canada. They don't include the BLIS module, so if yours is not usable it does up the cost.

You broke one, how???
Totally trashed or???
If so, yes, looked for used from a salvage yard that matches your original, which is the only way to replace it without having an error message every time you drive the truck.
Don't know if this covers Canada, but a good source for salvage parts is car-part.com

I see a couple on there that are much more reasonable than local dealer. Thanks.

Utility trailer has a tongue mounted spare tire that hit the tail light when I was turning around in a tight spot. Lens totally shattered (it was quite cold), but the sensor and everything else behind the lens seems fine.
I see some reasonably priced take offs on car-part.com. Looks like lots of them are brand new from people that have switched out for flat decks, etc. Looks like some reasonably priced ones in there, thanks.
I broke my 2020's tail light "backed into my fifth wheel hitch at a campground" when the truck was 3 weeks old. Non led and non bliss was 400.00 US and took 6 weeks to get. Keep the bulbs out of your old tail light as the amber bulb is hard to get sometimes.
