NOCO GENIUS2D Direct Mount Battery Maintainer
I recently installed a NOCO battery maintainer on my 2021 Lariat and having had it in storage for the winter months here in Alaska, I was interested in what the voltage would be after a long maintenance term. The battery alone without a maintenance charge is 12.4VDC, when I plug in the maintainer my battery voltage is 12.6VDC.
Now, my OEM Motorcraft 94R battery has several attachments to both the positive and negative sides and I am somewhat aware that the vehicle has a battery monitoring system.
My question is, would the battery monitoring system challenge or hinder the proper maintenance charge from my NOCO GENIUS2D direct mount battery maintainer?
Usually I would expect to see a maintenance charge is the area of 13.X without all of the additional attachments to the positive and negative sides of the OEM 94R…
