Hey guys new to this forum but I’ve been reading it for years, I’ve been trouble shooting a no start problem with my obs and am at a wall hoping y’all can think of something I’ve missed. Awhile back my injectors went out of my 7.3 so I decided to upgrade when I replaced them, I got full force 180cc/100 I think and all new glow plugs, installed them and realized the turbo was leaking oil so I got a KC300x 63/73 and a new CNC HPOP which says it’s good for 230/100 hybrids. Got it all put together and the truck started. Everytime you’d start it, it would take 20 or more seconds to start, drove it around maybe 20 miles or so no issues parked it and an hour later it wouldn’t start, let it set for an hour and it fired right up drove 3 blocks and died. Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and have 40-50 psi when cranking, have hpop is full of oil, motor is full of oil, replaced the CPS, also got a donor IDM and swapped it for the original and still no start. Any suggestions where to look next, I don’t have a scanner to test the ICP but I’m looking for someone near me who might, until then I’m at a loss of what could be the issue
Im pretty sure those injectors require a “tuner” eg. Hydra, TS 6pos that is tuned for single shot injection vs the stock split shot injection.
You might call Full Force and double check but I’m pretty sure that’s the problem.
But it sounds like you’re going to have a hot truck when she’s up again! 😃

I forgot to add in the tuner it does have a hydra with the titan inlock with custom tunes for the parts I’ve added.
