Stock options
I have a 1970 ford f100 sport custom that has 29,000 original miles. It has the 360 v8, automatic transmission, long wheel base. I was wanting to know if the oil bath breather was a stock option on this truck?

You're talking about the air filter, right?
The 1970 sales brochure doesn't mention it specifically either way.

Based on this, it looks like oil bath air cleaners were standard through 1966, optional from 1967 through 1979, and gone from 1980 on.
