This is the one I used on both of my 7.3. Originally went with the fixed valve but I did not like where it bottomed out, this one allows you to orient it to your liking.

I purchased this one for my 7.3 and it did not require an adapter.

After using the Stalhbus for a few oil changes its way better and drains way faster than the Fumoto does.

Just my luck I guess. Had my mechanic do the first oil change on my F250. Told him max 15 pounds torque when installing stahlbus. I've used him for years and he is quite good. On his digital torque wrench, the stahlbus cracked right above the threads with 10.5 pounds of torque. Sent it back for a refund. I'll stick with the factory plug for now.
