Front U Bolt Size
What I read is the front u bolt size width is 3-1/8". But there are u bolt by size that only have 3 or 3-1/4" and list 3" for the excursion. Are there different measurement different manufactures use?

The leaf spring width is 3". To keep it simple, you simply buy 3" leaf spring U-bolts which are in turn 3.125" wide.
Agreed, the PMF u-bolts are nice and use an e-coating. Just put some PMF leafs on a couple weeks ago.
