Hi, I currently have 245/75/17’s on my 2017 F-350 platinum super Duty, I tow a16,000 5th wheel about 15,000 a year, I wanted to change out the tires and rims with commercial 245/70/19.5 tires and rims, and I was looking for recommendations on reviews on people who have done this. Thank you, Shelly
Why would you want to do this? Just for looks?
The 19.5 combo will be quite a bit heavier, and will be 1.5 inches taller, which will adversely affect pulling ability because it effectively lowers numerically the gear ratio.
Your truck is way more than capable of towing the load as is, with plenty of capacity left over.

I think he wants to spend more on tires and have a more limited selection of them.
Thank you for the information, I thought it be better with being commercial tires and wheels, thought about getting the super single kit done on the rear too, and I’m a female, not a male. It was for looks, and I think I’m just going to have the original rims powder coated.

You'll be better off in the long run, IMO.
For as much as you tow, use that money for something that makes the towing trips easier, more enjoyable.

What's the backstory on the smaller rims and tires you are running now?
It's running your mileage higher than what it is unless you reprogram the ECM.
