So today the little power window in the back of my truck of my 2018 F350 popped and broke. Does anyone know if i can buy just the small window or do i need to buy a whole new rear glass. Because if i do need a whole rear glass i'm just gonna get a full glass put in for a fraction of the cost.

i don't think they come separate. Looks like a real pita. I known the previous model (prior to 2017) did come separate but these are a bit more complicated it seams.
I had Safelite replace my complete rear window last year due to 5th wheel hitting it in a tight turn. They charged $571 for OEM glass. That’s with Costco discount.

Always good when it's not sheet metal and or it's an easily replaceable part. Looks like you got a small nick on the upper right side edge

If by that you mean a solid one piece rear glass with no moving window, I would just do that anyway. Especially if this dime comes out of your pocket.
I guess many FTE people love those sliding windows, but I'm not a fan of them. You see a lot more "how do I fix my window" posts than "Boy-dang-howdy I sure do love my little window" posts, They do tend to introduce problems of leaking and breaking.
Had a F-150 for 15 years and never once opened that rear window. Ordered my current F-250 without the slider. But I'm an old retired dude on a budget.
But if you really really really like your window the way it was, please disregard this post.
