I thought I had finally fixed it this last go round. With changing out all the seals and the new steering gear with new seals on the end of the steering gear lines and the new return line from the cooler and the new seal on the power steering pressure line. But after about a month I am low again. I really think it's that pressure line. There's fluid on the bottom of the PS pump itself as well as the lines underneath it. There's also fluid running down the pressure line. Here is a short video of what my pressure line looks like. It looks really loose. It seems like it wobbles back and forth and around way too much for something that's supposed to be sealed. Maybe somebody else with experience can tell me. The only other thing that it really could be coming off of the pump would be either the pump itself is leaking or the return line I just installed is leaking where it goes on to the pump but, if that were the case you would think that that return line would be soaked. However, it is mostly dry, not even residue. Just a little bit in different spots on the line like it had been splashed on there.
You are, very fortunately, being given some warning signs of pressure hose failure. Just go to NAPA and buy a new hose. Mine blew off at the connector for the pump in an irreparable way. The point of failure was the tiny little c-clip that held the hose onto the threaded fitting that was sealed up with an o-ring. I was in small-town Ely, NV, and apparently these hoses fail often enough for the local NAPA store to have one on the shelf. I went in there prepared to have to sit on my laurels for a couple of days, waiting for the necessary part to arrive so I could install it. Get the "Pump to Hydroboost" pressure hose. The hose they sold me looks exactly like the 22 year old OEM hose. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NPS8...pressionRank=1
May I ask, how you decided on that? Not doubting you just curious.
I've been told my mind works different than other's. I think it works normal and just assume that person's mind doesn't work normal like the rest of us'. When I visualize a component, like the power steering system, I see that whole system in my mind. The more hands on I've been with it the more detailed my picture. It's similar to a parts diagram that has that system highlighted and the engine and whatnot behind it light and greyed out in the background. In my mind I "see" every component and go from there. But I digress...
You've heard the saying "crap" rolls downhill. Well, women's bodies and vehicle fluids can't beat gravity. You said there's fluid on the bottom of the pump, and all the lines under it. If it were a pressurized leak one would think the oil would be squirted farther away, and the fluid loss would of been more rapid than the timeframe you stated.
You mentioned all the things you replaced, but did not mention that seal between reservoir and pump. So of course I threw out that suggestion. Whether I'm right or wrong would be up to you or others to determine, but it gives you something you look at besides the hoses which I'd assume you already looked at b4 posting asking for input. Anyways, good luck. Let us know what you find. I'm sure there will be different or similar ideas thrown out by others. Surely one of the suggestions will be the right solution

I like that! That's a Cool way to look at everything! And now that you mention it, there is also fluid in other areas that I could not really figure out. Like over on the main engine harness. That's a little ways away from the PS pump but, it was covered in atf. That sure is interesting. I might go ahead and order both a pump to reservoir seal and a new high pressure hose. RockAuto has a Gates brand hose for $16. I would like to put an oem on but, due to work being slow recently, I will have to do what I can do. Does it look like a good hose to you? Thanks for the help!

Well, I don't really have a napa very close to me but I also don't trust the regular auto parts stores like O'Reilly's and whatnot because I have gotten bad parts from some of them. I like using advanced Auto a lot but I always get brand name from them if I can. They have that brand of hose that you sent in the link on RockAuto for $15. They also have a Gates hose for 16. I have a lot of other Gates parts and have been happy so I might go with that one. Thank you for your help!
So I am still leaking fluids. This time I think it's the pressure line going from the booster to the steering gear. For those that watched my previous video of how much movement was in my old pressure line, my pressure line going into the steering gear is the same way. Everything is soaked in fluid. Everywhere. Like it's being slung all over the place. I'll post some pictures along with this video. And yes, the nut is tight on the line. And yes there are new o-rings on there as well. It's just probably plum wore out. The other line going into the steering gear doesn't move like this. Just the high pressure line. Edit, scratch that. Here's everything in one video.
