Those who ordered Platinum
And have one delivered, built, or about to be built/delivered. Post your order to build time, what options, body and bed and engine. I am more interested in F350, but the F250 is probably relevant too.
I know there are plenty of threads on orders etc, but this one is specific to just the Platinum trim.
I have one on order from the beginning of February and mainly out of curiosity was wondering what options delay or improved built dates/VIN assignments. I ordered an F350 Platinum LB with 6.7, Marsala Interior, Rapid Heat, Upfitter switches, 3.55 E-lock and 5th wheel prep in Antimatter blue. I sent an email to my dealer to remove the 5th wheel prep as it will actually cost me an additional $500 to put new legs on my A20.

I ordered a Platinum 6.7 Carbonized Gray 4x4 dually on Jan 04.
upfitter switches, panoramic Moon roof and trailer tpms are the only things I added.
I got an order confirmation on Jan 4 and haven’t heard anything since then

I heard from my dealer that the TPMS kit are delaying orders too, even though it is a box of parts tossed in the back of the cab. I was going to add it to my order, but my dealer said, don't it delays orders.

just talked to my dealer this morning and he didn’t mention that. I did ask about the moon roof and he told me that it wasn’t holding anything up as of now. But, he will let me know if it will.

I made my dealer put me in as priority 10 and I really don’t think it helped.

F350 CCSB Platinum 7.3. 4.30 rear Atlas Blue. Spray Bed liner, 5th wheel prep, ordered 7/23/21. Delivered 1/3/22. 12 hours after picking up, I got a 3000$ PCO email. Originally had adaptive steering but dropped it after about 6 weeks when the order had not been picked up. After dropping the AS, 2 more weeks and then the order was picked up.
