My old truck has always been a dependable hauler. One morning out of the blue, the engine rolls over, fires, and dies. I can repeatedly do this until the battery dies. I pulled codes that were mostly ECT or engine coolant related, it was a bit low and an easy fix with a half jug. There were a couple of MAP codes buried in the middle of the list, not sure how much credit to give these. General inspection looks good, some hard vacuum hoses though for a truck this old, not surprising. Any thoughts?

 

If it dies as soon as you let off the crank mode, it might be the switch.
