What is this fitting?

2002 F250 7.3. Where can I find this fitting, if not local. Is there a particular name to search/ask for?

that is not stock ,it is one of 2 things a boost fooler or where someone tapped into for a boost guage, cant see from the picture which port it is hooked to

Threaded t barb. You need to know the thread size and tubing diameter to get a new one. I'd get a metal replacement so it doesn't brake again.

I took the fitting to the Ford dealer where, as you all stated, they confirmed it was an aftermarket part and part of the boost readout add-on. After that I realized the answer to finding the correct fitting was right in front of my face. Upon start up the Boost-Pyro-Trans Temp Display has an 800 number for the company BD Diesel. I got the sizing and as you recommended bought metal parts. Thank you.
