King Ranch Ultimate Package
Has anyone heard that a "package" will hold up an order? In other words, would the whole King Ranch Ultimate Package have a chip problem that would hold up the order?

Probably. The higher the trim level the greater chance of it being held up due to chips. Lariat ultimate, KR ultimate, Platinum and Limited all use the same amount of modules, and even some XLT may be affected with the ultimate trailer tow package. One could probably get a basic XL built quickly, but higher trims, we be waiting a long time.
I did a B&P on a KR to match the Platinum, $40 difference between which tells me it would be the same modules.

5th wheel prep, F450 wheels, spray in bed liner, plus other items I'm sure.

Interesting...Their trucks are absolutely loaded with 5th wheel prep, bed liner and AS. In fact one of them, the dealer told him he might not see if for awhile and the next week, he got scheduled. The other guy was scheduled the following week. So if these had any commodity issue, it didn't effect getting their VIN.
