I have tried searching but have not found it. I think I saw a chart that showed how to calculate what your payload for your new truck based on the options you chose. Or am I just drink again and don’t know what I am talking about.

You're definitely "drink"...I think...
I take it you are speaking of a truck you don't have yet?
haha don’t remember posting this lol. Yes I don’t have the truck yet.
Well, no matter what "guide" you may find to figure the payload, I think reality will always be different.
You're going to have to have the truck before you can confirm any payload capacity.
The only accurate way to determine the “as built” payload of a truck is by looking at the white decal in the driver’s door jam - the tire decal will tell you. Remember that payload includes EVERYTHING in the truck, not just the stuff in the bed. That means people, their belongings, the stuff in the bed and the tongue weight of any trailer being towed.
Available payload will vary between models - two identical trucks that are at different trim levels will have different payload capabilities. For example, a heavily optioned Limited will have less capability than a XLT, the difference bet img the weight of all of those fancy amenities. For a while I had a KR 5.0 F150. A friend had a driveline and body identical XLT and had nearly 700 lbs. more payload (as read from the door decal) than the truck I was driving.
You might have better luck posting your build and some with similar build may list their payload. Would get you in the ballpark. That's why I list mine in my sig. Might help someone out.
That spec guide had a ton of info. I've always used this one and found my configuration on page 14: https://www.fleet.ford.com/content/d...owingGuide.pdf (note that the cargo weight rating assumes 750lbs of human passengers (or 900lbs if there are 3 seatbelts up front).

I didn't click the link but last I read that was only true when looking at slide in camper cargo rating. Payload rating does not assume any additional passengers or cargo..... I suppose adding those weights back in to the number in that guide, will give the max. capacity for that configuration.
