proportioning valve sensor
The brake light in my cab has been on for some time. I figured the issue was in the two wire plug in the proportioning valve so I took it apart today. In doing so I discovered its made of a plastic housing. Mine had pretty dirty connectors so I cleaned them up and reinstalled. No more light so for the time being the problem is solved. When looking at the plastic housing and threads on this little sensor my threads were worn pretty bad. Looks like a cheap part I just need to know where to find it. 1971 f100 2wd
