Rear-end settled

Anybody have any ideas on how to repair a settled rear suspension? It looks to be approx 1 inch low, the previous owner probably towed a tongue heavy load. I have been looking at the Add-A-Leaf kits, any other ideas?

Thanks!

You can re-arch the springs. Probably better than add-a-leafs.

Or you can swap F250 springs in thier place. Just do the front ones too while you're at it. You may have to change shocks after that...fun, huh!?

Just re-arch them.

Monsta,

Re-Arch them? You mean bend them back in shape? Isn't that what causes metal fatigue in aircraft, etc? Where could I get that done? and what does it run?

Thanks for the info!

Find a spring shop in your area.

It is difficult to fatigue spring steel by bending it.

Usually runs about $50.

It is the best bet for original ride quality and height. Add a leafs can make it very stiff.
