I will assume you know your in the 6-8mpg hauling, if your lucky.
Check all fluids, before starting it up, and then check again when test drive is over, see if they have the right color tint, to them, will let you know if it has/hasnt been changed, look around engine, see if it looks clean/dirty/nasty, look underneath for oil leaking, trans leaking, and if 4x4 diff covers leaking, miles? If you had a paperclip, you could check for codes, by watching check engine light flash,
