Reman engine tag?

Just what it says. A reman by someone other then ford. A dealer might be able to read the barcode or interpret the numbers.
"Old days " tags would tell the over/under for bore and bearings and often the rebuilder name.

Thank you. I figured it was remanufactured with non OE parts by someone other than Ford. The "by Non OE" terminology I didn't get. I thought there was a chance that some smart person on this forum might know more in reference to the numbers. I'll check with the local dealer as you suggested. Thanks.
