5.4L 3v replacement

Hello everyone. I'm new to the page and finally need some help. I have a 2008 F250 5.4L 3V 4X4 auto with 272k on the counter. I really like this truck. It has a clean frame and drive train which is huge in Central NY where the salt is applied to the roads faster than they can mine it! I have taken care of a lot of the steering and suspension over the past year. I mount an 8' service body on it. I put a 9'2" Boss v-blade on the front. I did all of the maintenance. I replaced the manifolds a week ago. Now, I've had ignition issues off and on for a year. Got that all ironed out. Less than 2 miles after doing the manifolds, I dropped #5. Got home, 5 miles, and had dropped #7. Compression test says FUKT! Borescope confirms. What model years can I interchange? Can I use a 5.4 from a 150? I know that the wiring for the coils and injectors is different for some but I'm not concerned about that. I thought I read somewhere that a late production 04-10, maybe, F150 5.4 would work? Expedition? Anyway, what model years and models will interchange for me? And what about a V10 swap? I know where there is a 2008 complete truck available with a busted frame for a 1k. Would it be worth it? I'd have all the computers and wiring from the donor. Let me know, and thank you for your time!

wrong forum. This is 2017+ Super duty. Probably try the right year and I'm sure someone might have an answer.

I'm right proud of that 5.4L Triton of yours. Had that in my 07 F-150. That engine did so much for so long.
