13 F250 Flatbed
I'm looking at buying a '13 F250 with a 6.2 with 120k miles. I'll be pulling a trailer anywhere from a 12' to a 18' trailer. I'll be doing mostly highway speed 70-80. Will this truck be able to handle that? How long will it last? What are some common problems?

6.2s put out good power
Enclosed trailers pull a little harder at freeway speed than flatbed.
You need to check your weight (gvwr and gcwr) to make sure you've got enough brakes to stop.
200k on gas engines is typical
If you run it, you will work on it - just plan for a little more maintenance if you are running hard

Is the load on the trailer going to be box shaped, flat, boat shaped, Lamborghini shaped, pickup shaped, etc. ?

The more "yes"es above is the more you'll have a harder time doing what you are talking about.
