First,I did try to search because I already know there are many threads available about this subject.Second, why do ALL forums search functions suck so bad?Literally every forum I am on,they are mostly useless.I type in simply 'diesel fuel filter',and up pops a myriad of threads, none of which have diesel fuel filter in the tagline?I don't get it.
Nonetheless, all I was looking for is the website where most of you guys were getting your fuel filter kits from. It's a fairly commonly used site that I've seen mentioned many times,I just don't remember what it's called?Discount filter something something?Time to do the pig,and I'm looking for the best deal I can get....if you can even get them.

Youre doing it wrong. advanced search and use filters (haha).

That is the only way to get any relevant results from the search. And when using mobile, un-check the "Search All Open Forums" box, only check the forum section(s) of interest.
I second this site. I ordered a dozen oil filters and 2 fuel filter sets from them right before I got my truck. Everything shipped fast, and since I had ordered over $200, it was free (part of why I went with a dozen oil filters instead of only a 6 pack). Since then I have placed another order for 2 of the illusive FA2031 air filters, a cabin air filter and a prefilter... unfortunately, I just cancelled that order a couple of days ago. A lady called me since placing this order twice (in about a month) just keeping me up to date about the air filters... the other day I decided to just cancel the order since she said she has no idea when, or if they will get any of the FA2031's back in stock, however, she took my number down and said that she will personally call me if they do come back in... she would make sure I got one. But, I trust that I am getting actual Motorcraft filters when ordering from them, and if they are in stock they will ship fast. But, I would suggest to order enough to get free shipping... otherwise, it's kinda expensive.

Use Google instead. Enter this into the Google search: diesel fuel filter SITE:www.ford-trucks.com
Google has offices full of folks with advanced computing degrees that sit around improving how search works. Forums, not so much. I'm a data warehouse designer. To set up a Google quality search of our warehouse would be super cool and super expensive. Searching through text entries where people can enter words in many different ways, along with abbreviations, is something Google is good at. The forum search feature isn't bad. Google is just that much better.
