Program chg for 2002-2003

Has anyone heard of a program change for the 7.3L PSD. I heard that there was one out and all you had to do was go to the dealer and they would change your program for you. Had something to do with idle..

I don't know if this is true or not.. how about some input..??

I do know there is a program change for the new 6.0psd, because of rough idles when cold. I am not sure if there is any on the 7.3psd.
