Pulled all the frontal sheet metal off Forest Bump during the last week. Yes Sir, at my age you do things slowly! anyway, it's all of to the firewall. The radiator support had a severe case of battery acid overload during the last 50 years, as well as the passenger side inner fender well this is the bottom of the radiator support at the RH side frame attachment point.
I'm really lucky on the rest. No frame damage from the rusted support. The firewall, cab mounts and inner fender connectors are rock solid, a little surface rust here and there!
While the old 360 is easy to get at, I'm going to pull the heads. I'm 99% sure there's a burnt valve on the RH head. I have a good pair of rebuilt heads that have been sitting on the bench.
