InjectorsIPRICPCPSBatteriesFuel bowl o-ringsFuel linesHigh pressure oil linesFuel filter every other oil changeCharge pipe bootsDown pipe and exhaust.
I've also been running a "street" tune off of the SCT X4 tuner. I recently removed it as I thought it might be a fueling issues..

Also look at you ICP (Injector Control Pressure sensor. Is there oil leaking out of the connection? Change it. Unplug the ICP, does the truck run better? Test drive unplugged?
There is a 1999- 2003 7.3 Diesel section, post there for more suggestions.

I have not I'll give that a go. I replaced the ICP back in August but I'll give it another look. Ive only used motorcraft replacements as I've heard these truck need those compared to other brands.
Thank you 👍
My '01 (gas V10) came from the factory with a very slight surge at exactly 70 mph. My dealer contacted Ford for assistance as they had no information/experience with the problem. They were told the ABS module was not communicating with the PCM correctly and to replace the ABS module. When they did the surge went away.
